Introduction

Packing and weighing:

1. The product has more than four rear fixed cylinders extending out for positioning, y and Z modules are equipped with rotary cylinders to absorb 4pcs of the product, rotate and put it into the mobile transfer platform, putting 12pcs in total, and then move to the grasping area of the manipulator;

2. The manipulator can absorb 12 groups of mobile containers at a time.

1. The products flow in automatically, the cartons are placed manually to the storage table, and the equipment starts Grab the product, rotate, unpack and box it;

2. Equipment beat: estimated 16S / 1 box (12pcs);

3. Equipment shape parameters and demand number of operators: 1 600 mm in length and width;

4. The equipment assists in replacing the feeding carton and pallet;

① The monitor displays the detection picture, production quantity, etc;

② Alarm screen, three color light and buzzer for abnormal material jamming;

③ Prompt for replacement of equipment shortage pallet.
