Digital Model Delivery

  • You are required to provide a valid email address to receive transaction updates and official communications from uMCAD.
  • Upon successful payment confirmation, a purchase confirmation email containing order details will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Download links for digital models will remain valid for 72 hours from the time of issuance. We recommend completing downloads promptly to avoid expiration.

Refund Eligibility and Process

  • uMCAD stands behind the quality of all our digital products with full confidence. However, we acknowledge that product suitability may vary by user requirements.
  • We prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Should you identify material defects in our digital models, please contact our support team immediately at: kefu@jujumi.top
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to be considered for review.

Refund Terms and Conditions

  • Our support team will provide comprehensive assistance for any technical issues encountered with digital model usage, including guidance via email, WhatsApp, Skype, or other agreed communication channels.
  • uMCAD is committed to delivering exceptional customer support. If technical issues cannot be resolved to render the product functional, we may request additional details regarding your refund claim to facilitate product improvement.
  • All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of uMCAD. By purchasing digital models from our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to dispute uMCAD’s decision through legal or judicial proceedings. uMCAD shall not be liable for any currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund processing.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All digital models available on the uMCAD platform are original creations or compilations developed by the uMCAD team.
  • As a licensed purchaser, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital models for educational and research purposes only, across multiple projects.
  • uMCAD shall not be held liable for any risks, damages, or losses arising from the production, manufacturing, or implementation of our digital models in physical form.
