Bandage mask machine

Introduction

Bandage type mask machine is a kind of plane mask machine, which uses ultrasonic welding to weld the non-woven bandage on both sides of the plane mask body, and then through the conveyor belt, through the roller wrapping, ultrasonic flower wheel pressing, bandage cutting, and then output the finished product.

The whole process of bandage mask finished product only needs one person to manually put the flat mask body on the conveyor belt to complete automatically. It can be connected with the flat body tablet maker to form a one drag one strap flat mask production line to realize the full-automatic production process.

The bandage mask machine is composed of material tray, frame (with worktable and mask), bandage and flower wheel blank holder forming part, mask outgoing part, power transmission part, ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer system and electrical control part.
