This design features a small shelf dedicated stacker crane optimized for automated storage/retrieval of small shelves and lightweight shelf systems. It uses compact design capable of perfect matching with various specifications of small shelves and lightweight storage systems. Has excellent mobility and precision capable of achieving efficient material management within limited shelf space. Equipped with high-precision servo motors and encoders ensuring motion accuracy and smoothness.

Uses modular design concept with independently controllable functional modules facilitating maintenance and upgrades. The navigation system combines laser positioning and visual recognition achieving precise positioning and cargo recognition in small shelf environments. Uses PLC programming supporting multi-task scheduling and remote management. Safety systems include multiple sensor detection, collision prevention, emergency braking and cargo detection functions.

Supports seamless integration with WMS, MES and other management systems achieving intelligent management of small shelf operations. Has adaptive learning capability to automatically optimize handling strategies based on small shelf structure and cargo characteristics.

Suitable for lightweight material management in offices, convenience stores, small warehouses and other scenarios, serving as dedicated equipment for modern small shelf systems.

This 3D design was created using SolidWorks 2017. The file size is 40 MB, which includes a step file that can be opened in other 3D software.
