It has excellent vertical movement capability and horizontal handling performance capable of efficient material handling between shelves. Uses multi-axis precision control system supporting high-precision positioning and motion control in X, Y, Z directions. Equipped with high-performance servo drive system and precise mechanical transmission system ensuring motion smoothness and reliability.
The navigation system combines laser SLAM and encoder feedback achieving precise positioning and path planning in complex warehouse environments. Uses distributed control architecture supporting multi-machine coordination and task scheduling. Safety systems include multiple sensor detection, collision prevention, emergency braking and height limit functions.
Supports seamless integration with WMS, MES and other management systems achieving intelligent management of AS / RS warehousing operations. Has adaptive learning capability to automatically optimize operation strategies based on AS / RS warehouse structure and operation requirements.
Suitable for warehousing operations in e-commerce warehouses, logistics centers, production workshops, serving as core equipment for modern warehouse systems.
