This design features a heavy-duty double column stacker crane using double column structure design specially designed for high-density automated storage/retrieval operations of heavy materials and large shelves. It has powerful load capacity and excellent stability capable of carrying 1-2 ton heavy equipment and components.

The double column structure provides excellent rigidity and stability ensuring operational safety and accuracy under heavy loads. Equipped with high-performance servo drive system and precise mechanical transmission system ensuring motion smoothness and reliability. Uses multi-axis precision control system supporting high-precision positioning and motion control in X, Y, Z directions. The navigation system combines laser SLAM and encoder feedback achieving precise positioning and path planning in complex industrial environments. Uses distributed control architecture supporting multi-machine coordination and task scheduling.

Safety systems include multiple sensor detection, collision prevention, emergency braking and overload protection functions. Supports seamless integration with MES, ERP and other management systems achieving intelligent management of heavy-duty warehousing operations. Has adaptive learning capability to continuously optimize stacking strategies and operational efficiency based on actual operating conditions.

Suitable for heavy material warehousing in heavy manufacturing, automotive industry, aerospace and other fields, serving as core equipment for modern heavy-duty warehousing systems.
